  • Are your prices per vehicle or per passenger?

Our prices are per vehicle, per journey (not per passenger).

  • What types of payment do you accept?

Cash on the day or advance payment via credit/debit card using PayPal.

  • How far in advance do I need to book a taxi?

We prefer online bookings to be made at least 24 hours in advance of pick-up. Please telephone us if you need a taxi within 24 hours.

  • Do you charge extra if my flight is delayed?

Not if you have provided us with the flight number. We monitor your flight and only set off at the appropriate time to collect you, so no extra charge is incurred.

  • Can I choose which vehicle I travel in?

When booking you can select a standard car, executive car, MPV or various minibuses.

  • Can you accommodate small groups of people?

Yes, we have 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16-seater minibuses.

  • Do you offer no obligation quotes?

Yes - we guarantee our prices are competitive so there is no need for you to shop around.

  • Do you take on company contracts?

  • I've booked a taxi but can't remember when it's arriving?

You can find the details of an existing booking by entering your booking ID online.
